SERVICES

Adult Mental Health Services

Adult Outpatient offers individual, group, family therapy and care coordination to assist the client in reaching the goals that they hope to achieve through services.
Adult rehabilitation programs work with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness to build the skills necessary to recover and lead meaningful lives. We support the client by providing individual and family therapy, skills training, supported employment, peer delivered services, psychiatric services and medication and case management services to achieve the goals that they have defined. Our Integrated Dual Diagnosis and Intensive Case Management teams provide comprehensive community based services for individuals that are often homeless and in need of support almost daily.
